Refund policy

Personalized Items (Final Sale): Because our personalized books (via Gelato/Lulu) and custom merchandise (via Printify) are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error (e.g., a printing defect), please contact us at hello@tadpohl.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo of the damage or error. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Standard Books (EFS): For non-personalized "Fernando Invents Socks" books, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the book is in its original, unread condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our US warehouse.
