1. Introduction

Welcome to Tadpohl. This website is owned and operated by Bradley Pohl, a sole proprietor based in South Africa. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

2. Business Identity & Payments

  • Merchant of Record: Transactions are processed by Paystack South Africa on behalf of Tadpohl.
  • Currency: While prices are displayed in USD for your convenience, payments will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR) at the current exchange rate provided by the payment gateway at the time of checkout.

3. Personalized Products

  • Customization: For personalized versions of Fernando Invents Socks, customers are responsible for the accuracy of names and dedication messages.
  • No Returns on Custom Items: Because these books are printed specifically for you with custom names and messages, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or contains a printing error made by us.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment: Our books are stored and shipped via eFulfillment Service (EFS) in the United States.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times (e.g., 2–8 days for Media Mail) are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tadpohl is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • Damaged Items: If your book or merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Email] within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will happily send a replacement.
  • Change of Mind: For non-personalized items (standard inventory), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unread condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our US warehouse.

6. Intellectual Property (The AI-Free Guarantee)

  • All stories, characters (including Fernando and Judith), and illustrations are the original, hand-drawn work of the author and are protected by copyright.
  • We guarantee that no Generative AI was used in the creation of the artwork or text in our books.

We value your privacy. Your personal information and customization details are used solely to fulfill your order and will never be sold to third parties.
