Shipping policy

We work with global printing and fulfillment leaders to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note that items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

• Pre-Published Books (EFS): Standard books are shipped from our warehouse in the USA via eFulfillment Service. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
• Personalized Hardcover Books (Gelato): These are printed on demand. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your book is shipped.
• Personalized Softcover Books (Lulu): These are printed on demand. Production typically takes 3-5 business days.
• Merchandise (Printify): Apparel and accessories are printed on demand. Production times vary by item but generally take 2-7 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number for each package as it leaves the respective facility.
